Refund policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required for all returns. Products that show signs of use, damage, or are missing components may not be eligible for a refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within a few business days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. In such cases, we will take full responsibility and arrange a replacement or refund.
